Livingston, MT- AUGUST 24: Dan Vermillion, Montana Fish,Wildlife, and Parks Chairman addresses a community meeting in Livingston, Mt on 8/24/2016 attended by hundreds of residents that work with Yellowstone River related activities such as fly fishing, rafting, hotels, and restaurants. On August the Yellowstone was closed to all recreation activities due to a parasitic fish kill that has killed ten of thousands of whitefish and is threatening the famous Yellowstone trout. Low water levels and high water temperatures have contributed to the unprecedented fish kill. (Photo by William Campbell-Corbis/Getty Images)
